The service Dept took such good care of me. I brought my rav 4 in for her first oil change since getting her. They detailed and checked everything. I'd give five stars, but I was very annoyed about the hard press for me to pay $3000 for an extended service plan. I told the salesperson right up front that I didn't care how hard they tried to get me to purchase it, I would not do so, but they kept trying anyway. I HATE that.
