“ I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad, however, I am writing a review for the collision center. It's been my second time working with them, and i've always been happy with the outcome. This time I worked with Phillip after being rear ended. He was super friendly and accommodating. I got my car back earlier than expected and he kept me updated along the way. My only issue was that I had remembered a shuttle service being offered at the Service center and I had taken it before. I was planning on using that to get to work as I didn't have a rental car. When I got to the service center, there was no shuttle. ”
